Tiramisu, mmmmm… to me the most beautiful and creamy desserts ever …
1 double package Ladyfinger (biscuit)
100 g sugar
10g vanilla powdered sugar
500 g mascarpone cheese
200 ml black coffee (Or NESCAFÉ, which I use)
1 teaspoon sugar
40 g cocoa powder
Make the coffee with a spoon of sugar and keep it cool. Whisk the eggs until they become foam, and slowly add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Well cook the egg cream on steam until it thickens, and leave to cool. In the cooled cream add the mascarpone cheese, mix and combine well.
Depending on the size of the bottom of the cup, halve the ladyfingers to fit the bottom of the cup, dip them in the coffee and arrange in the cupOver the biscuit pour the cream and sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder.
Put the cups in fridge for a few hours, and then enjoy this beautiful creamy dessert ..;)
