Vegan Choco-Avocado

The avocados are characteristic fruits with a large amount of grease and a lot of calories. They have subtle, yet creamy taste. The avocados are one of  the  most popular fruits, since they have a nutritional value similar to certain nuts and seeds. Take a look at this amazing and tasty vegan avocado recipe .

Ingredients

2 avocados

1/2 cup almond milk (or soy, rice,,,)

100g chocolate (without milk)

30ml water

1 teaspoon cinnamon

4-5 raspberries

Directions

  • Prep: 10 min
  • Cook: 20 min
  • Ready: 30 min

Melt the chocolate together with the cinnamon in 30ml water, then leave it to cool down.

Blend the peeled avocado and the milk. If you want the mixture to be sweeter add teaspoon honey or sugar .

In a cup put layer avocado, layer chocolate and again layer avocado

For decoration, on the top you can put 2-3 raspberries, or maybe some seeds or nuts.
