Chocolate Lava Cupcakes

• 200g dark chocolate
• 5 eggs
• 200g powdered sugar
• 200g flour
• 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

   On a medium heat melt the chocolate ( be careful not to burn it).

   Heat the oven at max temperature.

   In a bowl beat the eggs with fork.

   When the chocolate is cooled mix it with the eggs and then add the powdered sugar and the flour.

   Coat the cupcake pan with butter and put the mixture in it.

   Bake for 5-7 min depending on your maximum oven heat.
