Unlike traditional, this ice cream does not contain any ingredients of animal origin. Wondering whether this vegetarian ice cream will have that fullness to which you are accustomed to? It will – this will ensure the creamy bananas!
100g berries (blueberries, currants ...)
260g peeled bananas
2 bags vanilla sugar (about 20g)
150ml soy milk
Wash the Berries and slice the bananas. Add the vanilla sugar and chop finely in food processor or blender.
Add the raisins and soy milk, and stir to form a fine mixture.
Place in a suitable bowl to freeze about 4-5 hours.
