Churros The Tasty Spanish Doughnuts

1 cup flour

1 cup water r

130g butter

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 egg whites

for coating:

1 tablespoon cinnamon

150g sugar


50 g dark chocolate

70 ml. sweet cream

1 tablespoon butte

  • Ready: 30 min

Boil a water in a pot, add the sugar, salt and butter, then add the flour and stir quickly. Remove from heat and continue stirring.

Add the whites and stir until you get homogeneous mixture.

Place the prepared dough in a cooking syringe shape the Churros and fry in hot oil. Wallow them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

To make the sauce heat the cream then add the chocolate and butter, leave 1 minute and then stir to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
