The Best Cake With Yummy Strawberries

Crust:

8 egg whites

400g sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

Filling:

8 egg yolks

200g powdered sugar

300g ground petit biscuits

1 margarine (about 250 - 300g)

100 ml milk

800-1000 grams of fresh strawberries

2-3 bags sachets cream (1 bag is about 35g)

Whisk the egg whites, add the sugar and mix well in the end add the vinegar. Bake crust at 150 ° C for about 25 minutes in a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and margarine. Add biscuits and milk.

On top of the crust put half of the filling, then the cut fresh strawberries, then the other half of the filling and on top the sachets cream.

Leave cake in the fridge to cool.
