Check Out The Autumn Kisses

Butternut squash and peanut butter mmmm that is a perfect combination. Lean, healthy, delicious balls called  autumn kisses.

Ingredients

150g butternut squash (or you can use pumpkin)

100g peanut butter

2 tablespoons organic coconut flour

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

little vanilla extract

100g cooking chocolate

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Directions

  • Prep: 30 min
  • Ready: 30 min

Boil the butternut squash with a small amount of water. Mash and mix it with peanut butter, honey, vanilla and coconut flour.

If the mixture is soft add a little coconut flour, if dry peanut butter.

Form balls and place them in freezer. Melt the chocolate on steam together with the sunflower oil and coat the frozen balls in the chocolate glaze.
