Diet Cookies With Two Ingredients

Sugar-free, tasty and most importantly whit decent calories diet cookies.

1 ripe banana

100 g of oat flakes

Optional: chopped dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon, ginger

  • Cook: 15 min
  • Ready: 20 min

Grind the oat flakes in a blender.

It is recommended the banana to be ripe and darkened. Blend it , add the oat flour and stir until mixture is merged.

Optional you can add finely chopped dried fruit, baked almonds, hazelnuts or sesame. If you want crunchy, thin them more.

Bake at 200°C degrees for 15 minutes.
