So practical and easy to make recipe , from which you can made about 50 Raffaello balls .You can keep this delicious balls in the fridge for 5 days.
500 ml milk
3 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon farina (wheat grits)
125g of butter
250g of powdered sugar
250g of dried shredded coconut
100g of hazelnuts
Mix the farina with 5 tablespoon of milk
Heat the remaining milk with the sugar, before boiling put the farina mixture and stir until congeal then remove from fire to cool.
In a bowl mix the butter with the powdered sugar then add 200g of coconut and mix again.
Cooled milk mix with the butter and coconut mixture and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Shape into balls, insert hazelnut inside and roll in the remaining coconut.
Put the balls in the fridge, and leave them to cool for one hour.
