Oreo Cheesecake With Peanut Butter

Truly lavish Oreo cheesecake in three colors, with dough made of Oreo cookies and filling with peanut butter and chocolate. An unforgettable gastronomic experience!

For dough you will need:

18 Oreo cookies

3 tablespoons melted butter

For light mixture you will need:

225 gr. cream cheese

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon gelatine

For dark mixture you will need:

200 gr. milk chocolate

1/4 cup liquid cream for cooking

225 gr. cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon gelatine

Crush the cookies. Melt the butter and add the mixture to the cookies and merge. From the mixture create a foundation for the cake. With a stretch foil form the foundation in the container.

To make the bright mixture place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix for one minute and add the powdered sugar. Melt the gelatine with a spoon and a little warm water (about 30 mL) and add to the mixture. Apply the cream immediately on the dough and put in refrigerator to cool.

For the dark mixture melt the chocolate with sweet cream. In mixing bowl add the cream cheese, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Melt a tablespoon of gelatine with a little lukewarm water (about 30 ml).

Nice stir the mixture and add the melted chocolate and gelatine. Mix while until merge. The chocolate mixture goes over the light layer and then in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to tighten.

Cool it for 2 hours then decorate with chocolate crumbs and serve!
