Recipe full of protein and vitamin C which is delicious, as is healthy ! You can try it out in combination with lentil soup or roast chicken.
2 large potatoes
1/2 cup cream Fit yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 cups boiled and chopped broccoli
1/4 cup chopped cheddar
Preheat oven to 200°C. Meanwhile with a fork make a few holes in the potatoes and bake them in the microwave , 5 minutes on each side (do not peel them).
Cut potatoes lengthwise, remove some of the inside and place the four halves in a pan covered with baking paper.
In bowl, with a fork mash the removed inside of the potatoes, add the cream yogurt, milk, broccoli and half of the cheese, and stir well.
Put the mixture in the empty potato halves and add the remaining cheddar on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
