400g chicken steak
3 tablespoons olive oil
170 ml ready bechamel sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt, black pepper and mixed dry spice
a pinch garam masala
3-4 fresh basil leaves
Boil the chicken steak and cut it on cubes. Put the oil in a pan and fry it.
Add the béchamel sauce and spices, stir to combine and remove from fire.
Place the mixture in a blender. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise and chopped basil. Blend until smooth.
Serve on toasted bread, rice plates or combine it with pasta.
