Decorated Homemade Bread

500g flour

200ml lukewarm water

3 tablespoons oil

1 ½ teaspoon sugar

1 ½ teaspoon salt

5g dry yeast

1 tablespoon sesame

Warm the water. In a bowl put the sugar, salt, oil, yeast and a little flour. Add the lukewarm water (be careful not to be hot because that will kill the yeast). Stir all ingredients with a spoon and leave it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add the remaining flour and knead dough by hand. Leave it for another 30 minutes to grow.

Now the decoration. From one part of the dough make three log ties and lace braid that will be around the bread. From another part of the dough with a rolling pin make crust and strips from it. With rolling around make a rose from each strip.

. The pan is coated with oil. First put the bread and coat it surface with oil so the decoration dough glue to it. Add the decorations and last the sesame.

Bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes.
