Quick simple and delicious. Delicious spicy Goulash.
4 red onions
30g sweet peppers
30g hot peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic
On medium heat saute the finely chopped onion until translucent.
Add salt, garlic and the cubed-size pieces meat . Cook for about ten minutes.
Pour water until it covers the meat. Put the spices and cook two to three hours.
When the Goulash becomes thick enough, serve it with polenta or boiled potatoes.
