Healthy And Fast To Make Homemade Gummy Candies

Fast and healthy dessert, homemade gummy candies for your taste, with real fruit and honey.

 

Ingredients

You will need (1 dose):

3 tablespoons honey

2 bags gelatin (40 g.)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

80 ml. water

Extras:

80 ml. orange juice or

2 kiwi or

4 slices strawberries or

any desired fruit optionally

Drain oranges and blend strawberries and kiwi . Put the Honey on fire along with the lemon juice and add the blended fruit or juice. Be careful not to boil, mixture must be lukewarm to retain all nutrients.

Place the gelatin in a small bowl and add water to swell. Add the mixture to the fire and stir until melted. Be careful, do not be too hot.

Place the mixture in baking molds and let it tight in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes. Repeat with any remaining fruit or fruit juice.

If you don't have silicone baking molds, pour the mixture in a pan covered with baking paper, then cut shapes at will.
