Interesting And Tasty Corn Hot Dogs

• 2/3 cup flour
• 1/2 cup polenta
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon powdered red hot peper
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 5-6 hot dogs
• 4 tablespoons cornstarch
• wooden sticks
• oil for frying

Directions

   Mix the dry ingredients without the cornstarch.

   Mix egg with milk and add to the dry mixture. Leave it for 10 minutes.

   Put the dogs on the wooded sticks, roll them first in the cornstarch and then in the prepared mixture.

   Fry on medium fire in a bowl full of oil until golden.
