From this recipe depending on the size of the pickles, there will be 12 to 15 650 ml jars.
6 kg of fresh pickles
200 g salt
250 g sugar
3 liters of water
1 liter of white vinegar
1 pack of sodium benzoate preservative (5g)
1 pack of black pepper in grain ( 10-20 g)
Place the pickles in jars and add the pepper grains as desired.
In the water add the salt, sugar, 1 liter of white vinegar and the pack of sodium benzoate preservative. Heat until it boils.
Fill the jars with water while it is still hot.
Close the jars with a metal lid and leave them soaked about 2 weeks.
