This homemade diet Schweppes is simple, quick and easy to make.
Believe it or not, this drink helps in weight loss, but as long as you stick to the healthy diet. If you are trying to lose a few kilos, you should know that vegetables, fruit, water and tea should be the foundation and the base for success. If you are a bitter lemon flavor addict you will love this. The measures are adjusted for a cup of 200ml.
1/2 yellow (or red) grapefruit
150ml sparkling mineral water
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Drain one half of the grapefruit . Optional you can add 3-4 ice cubes (depending on size)
Put the drained juice in the glass, and right away fill with mineral water. Be careful and do that slowly because the liquid may overflow.
Finally sprinkle with ginger and stir slowly .

I am about to make some tonic based on your recipe but I have cinchona powder and I was wondering how much to put in? I know cinchona can be dangerous if you use too much!
