1 L yoghurt

1 banana

200g blueberries

1/2 L orange juice

100g sugar

Blend the fruits, sugar and the orange juice

Add the yogurt and blend it with the rest of the mixture

Leave in the fridge to cool and serve in cups ... This can be pleasant energy drink or breakfast.
