For the roll :
5 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons baking powder
2-3 tablespoons cooked spinach
2-3 tablespoons shredded cooked carrots
For the filling :
250g sour cream
85g mayonnaise
200g ham
5-6 pickles
100g cheese
Beat the eggs with half a teaspoon of salt to get a homogeneous mixture and add the remaining ingredients. Divide the mixture into three equal parts. Into the first part add the carrot and mix to incorporate. Into the second part add the spinach and stir again nice to unite. The third one leave as it is.
With the help of bags and kitchen syringe, arranged the mixtures into the pan with baking paper. Bake about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Wrap the baked dough into a wet tower as a roll and leave it to coll.
Chop the cucumbers and ham, crumble the cheese and mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix together and brush the dough.
Wrap the rolls and let stand to merge.
Cut into slices with a thickness of 1 inch and serve.
