This is quite easy and simple way to prepare fries which are far healthier than fried. No oil no fat, stay healthy ! 🙂
potatoes (amount as desired)
egg whites (amount as needed)
spices as desired (salt, pepper, turmeric ...)
First, peel the potatoes, then cut into thin sticks.
In a bowl, mix whites,then add all the spices and stir well
Then, wallow in the potatoes in the mixture of egg whites and spices and arranged them in a pan covered with baking paper.
Bake until lightly browned (approximately around 40 minutes) at 200 °C .
Serve with tomato sauce, ketchup or any other sauce of your choice.
