Time for Christmas Tree decorating muffins ….
14 tablespoons sugar
250ml sparkling water
7g baking powder
3-4 tablespoons cocoa
80g cream foam powder
green food color
Stir all ingredients in a row. Fill about 3/4 of the volume of the muffin molds. Bake about 20 minutes at 150°C.
While baking the muffins, slice the bananas into 2cm pieces forming cones (like the edges of the bananas).
Prepare the cream using half the amount of milk that is written on the package instructions and add the green food color.
When the muffins are baked, place bananas on top of them and using a syringe decorate making Christmas tree forms .
Finally decorate with decorative candies as desired.
