5 large mushrooms
120g bacon
200g mozzarella
100g breadcrumbs
Remove the stalks of the mushrooms and make a hole with spoon.
Then sprinkle with olive oil and salt on both sides and bake about 5 minutes in the oven.
Combine the Mozzarella and grain crumbs in a large bowl. Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry them a little then inserted into the bowl with the other ingredients.
Remove the mushroom's liquid from the baking pan and fill them with the combined mixture.
Bake about 15 min. at 180°C
