I have never seen another one quite like it. It become my favorite because it is so easy and fast to make. I hope this apple cake becomes one of your favorites as well!
6 eggs
400g sugar
2 cups walnuts
2 cups semolina
15g baking powder
200ml oil
200ml milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
flour
6 grated apples
In a bowl, first mix the eggs and the sugar.
After the mixture get foamy, while mixing, add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover the baking pan with oil and flour, then put the mixture inside.
Bake the cake about 30 minutes, at 200° Celsius.
Optional you can sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar, or you can coat it with melted chocolate.
