This potatoes are Incredible combination of delicious appetizer !
4 large potatoes
300 g mushrooms
200 g mayonnaise
cup wine vinegar
lemon juice
grain cloves
black pepper in grain
salt
In a bowl pour three cups of water, add vinegar, cloves, a few pepper grains and salt and let it boil.
When it starts to boil, put in the prepared and sliced mushrooms and leave them to cook 3 minutes, then remove and drain. Potatoes should be boiled with peel, and should remain firm.
When cool, peel them and drill them in the middle . Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, add the mushrooms and stir. With this mixture fill the potatoes.
Put them in refrigerator until serving.
