Tasty And Easy To Make Apple Cake

• 6 eggs
• 400g sugar
• 2 cups walnuts
• 2 cups semolina
• 15g baking powder
• 200ml oil
• 200ml milk
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• flour
• 6 grated apples

Directions

   In a bowl, first mix the eggs and the sugar.

   After the mixture get foamy, while mixing, add the rest of the ingredients.

   Cover the baking pan with oil and flour, then put the mixture inside.

   Bake the cake about 30 minutes, at 200° Celsius.

   Optional you can sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar, or you can coat it with melted chocolate.
